About the Internship We are seeking a Summer Graphic Design Intern to join our Time to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. This paid, hands-on program is designed for students who are eager to gain real-world creative experience while contributing to meaningful brand and marketing initiatives. Throughout the program, you’ll gain exposure to graphic design, visual storytelling, campaign development, digital content, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration—while building a professional portfolio through real-world projects. What You Will Do in This Role Support the Global Creative team on real-world graphic design projects which will help you learn how to develop visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital channels, presentations, in-store assets and other Fossil brand collateral Assist with layout, typography, illustration or graphic development, composition, color, and visual storytelling Help create presentations, creative decks, mood boards, and branded collateral Support the development of digital and print assets across Fossil Group brands Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Brand, Merchandising, and other cross-functional partners Learn how to ensure creative work aligns with established brand guidelines and visual identity Research emerging design, cultural, and visual trends to inform creative work Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback from designers and stakeholders Organize and maintain creative files and assets Partner with a dedicated mentor for creative guidance, feedback, and professional developmen
