Coordinate the hiring process by screening, interviewing, and assessing for top candidates. Phone Screening & Scheduling interviews NO.Representative Duties1Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and continue to improve that process2Understand job descriptions and job specifications and use them to create effective job postings 3Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives4Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board and/ or colleges etc5Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, networking etc6Screen candidates resumes and job applications7Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule8Assess applicats' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes9Negoiate offers to candidates and sell company values and benefits of the work enviroment to potential new hires10Facilitate the pre-employment process and help with onboarding new hires11Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices12Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team13Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selections process14Promote company's reputation and "best place to work" (Employment Branding)21Other duties as assigned22Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeIⅤ.
