Build your administrative and professional office skills! This Office Work Experience Trainee position introduces participants to administrative functions in a professional setting. You’ll gain exposure to data entry, customer service, and office organization while developing transferrable workplace skills.

What You’ll Learn

Answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing general information. Filing, data entry, mail handling, and document organization. Using office systems and technology in daily tasks. Communication, attention to detail, and professional etiquette.

Participants looking to develop administrative or customer service experience for future office employment.
