What You Will Do at Graco Provide general production support for machining and/or assembly areas by participating in hands-on troubleshooting issues and providing technical assistance Assist in evaluating the need for machine and/or assembly area upgrades Participate in capital equipment justification as needed Review and analyze standards and operational layouts to suggest improvements Assist in the selection and implementation of tooling and fixtures for machining and/or assembly jobs Participate in cost of quality improvements, root cause analysis and corrective action React to changing priorities in a timely manner Report man-hour estimates What You Will Bring to Graco Currently enrolled and pursing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or comparable Engineering program Minimum GPA of 3.0 on
