PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Support the Portfolio Governance & Operations team by coordinating project activities, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in process improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Meeting & Resource Coordination: Schedule project meetings, manage calendars, and assist with resource planning. Project Records Management: Update project data in the PPM tool and ensure accuracy across reporting systems. Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate conversations between functional, business, and technical analysts to clarify requirements, resolve gaps, and drive consensus on project objectives. Process Reflection & Improvement: Document lessons learned, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements to workflows. Governance Support: Help monitor adherence to governance frameworks and escalate gaps or risks. Strategic Alignment: Assist in mapping projects to organizational priorities and flag opportunities for better alignment.
