What you’ll do Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Creative, Sales, Education, and professional stylists to develop innovative curly hair products Conduct market research using platforms like Euromonitor, Mintel, and Kline to identify white space opportunities and inform product development Translate data-driven insights into compelling product concepts, including formula, fragrance, and packaging ideas Assist in the creation of artwork, claims documentation, and other materials required for product launches Manage procurement of competitive products, coordinate sample shipments, and maintain accurate master data records What makes you a good fit Current undergraduate student graduating in 2028 or 2029 majoring in Marketing or similar Creative thinker capable of contributing innovative ideas and solutions within a collaborative team environment Passion and curiosity for testing beauty and hair products Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with social media platforms Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret data to deliver actionable insights Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Some perks of joining Henkel as an intern Exciting projects that allow you to make real impact and collaborate with Henkel colleagues worldwide.
