Enterprise Analytics Intern

Job Purpose

The Enterprise Analytics Intern will support business teams by transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across Hormel Foods. This role provides hands-on experience in analytics, category management, revenue growth management, and sales performance reporting while partnering with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and trends. The intern will develop analytical, storytelling, and problem-solving skills through meaningful projects that support enterprise growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze category, consumer, customer, and sales performance data to identify

trends, opportunities, and business risks

• Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using enterprise

analytics tools

• Support enterprise analytical initiatives through market, consumer, and

competitive analysis

• Assist in developing recommendations that improve business performance,

market share, and customer outcomes

• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer key business questions from stakeholders
• Translate complex data findings into clear and compelling presentations for

business partners

• Collaborate
