2027 Summer Intern: Engineering - Product

Job Overview The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.

This intern will focus on supporting new product development initiatives within the utility market by collaborating with product managers and engineers on product strategy, customer support, and innovation projects. Responsibilities include contributing to NPD project activities, assisting with customer complaint investigations, participating in manufacturing site visits to gain exposure to production operations, and building an understanding of the utility industry and power infrastructure value chain. The intern will also support the evaluation and development of early-stage product concepts, helping advance innovative connector solutions from initial idea generation through the product development process.
