ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Legal Intern, you will work directly with IGS attorneys and paralegals on projects that support daily operations and long-term business initiatives. You will gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of a corporate legal department while contributing to meaningful work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Conduct legal research: Perform basic legal research and analysis to support legal matters and business needs. Draft legal documents: Assist in preparing and revising legal documents and written materials. Maintain legal records: File, organize, and manage legal documentation. Review content for accuracy: Edit documents and perform fact-checking activities. Support daily operations: Complete administrative tasks and assist the in-house legal team with ongoing priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
