In this role, you will be instrumental in driving healthcare transformation through innovative cloud software solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
Support team members in ERP implementation activities, including configuration, testing, and documentation. Participate in discovery sessions to observe and understand client business processes. Assist with data-related tasks such as mapping, cleansing, and validation under guidance. Help prepare training materials and documentation for system users. Shadow consultants during client meetings and project planning sessions. Learn ERP system functionality (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) and industry best practices. Contribute to internal initiatives and team collaboration efforts.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general) Expected Graduation May 2028 Skills and Competencies Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through technology improvement projects.
