Instructional Design Intern

Are you a creative and motivated student interested in designing engaging learning experiences? Jordan’s is seeking an Instructional Design Intern to join our Learning & Development team for Summer 2027. Through our Furnish Your Future Internship Program, you'll gain hands-on experience creating and enhancing training materials, e-learning content, job aids, and employee development resources that support our retail and corporate teams. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, apply instructional design best practices, and contribute to projects that improve employee learning and performance. This is an opportunity to explore adult learning principles, learning technologies, and content development while making a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
