Position Overview The HR student will support a wide range of human resources functions, gaining valuable hands-on experience while contributing to key organizational initiatives. The role will involve working closely with the HR team on projects that improve organizational efficiency, recruitment, policy implementation, and staff wellness initiatives.

Key Contributions Recruitment and Selection Objective: Build skills in the recruitment process, from designing to support selection training. Interview Question Repository: Design a repository of standardized interview questions based on job roles and required competencies. Selection Process Training: Assist in the development and facilitation of selection process training for hiring managers and team members. Job Description Development: Create and refine job descriptions for both new and existing positions to ensure role clarity. Cross-site Alignment: Ensure that job descriptions are standardized and aligned across all organizational sites.
