About the Role

This is a 16 month co-op term to begin May 2026. Working under the general direction and guidance of your Manager and the Senior Operations Engineer Lead, you be collaborating with contacts on Operations Engineering, Engineering and Production teams to explain and interpret technical information and recommend solutions. You will be contributing to system and process changes and work to achieve operational targets that impact team results. You will also be expected to recommend solutions to problems for others to review.

Primary Responsibilities Working in a cross-functional team with Operations and Engineering, you will be responsible for strategically identifying and tactically implementing improvements of WESCAM products and processes, in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. This role is responsible for ensuring WESCAM’s product meet customer requirements, achieves a high standard of quality, and has robust build and test processes throughout its lifecycle.
