About the Role

This is a 16 month co-op term to start May 2026. Our products are only valuable to our customers if they are reliable and safe. That’s where you come in. You will be working closest with the Reliability and Safety Engineering team on a variety of tasks and initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to support the Integrated Logistics Support team. This role requires someone with a can-do attitude, strong technical background, and eagerness to learn new things.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform data analysis to quantify the reliability of our fielded products and lower level parts. Improve and automate this process as much as possible. Assist in developing predictive maintenance policies using telemetry data. Learn about and assist with activities to influence the reliability of products in the design phase (ex: DFMEA). Communicate results of analyses, findings, and studies in thorough written reports and presentations. Assist with product safety analyses, such as fault tree analysis.
