Labcorp is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to join our Customer Experience team located remotely (Indianapolis, Indiana). Work Schedule: Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday/ 40hrs per week

Job Responsibilities

Support customer experience initiatives through customer feedback analysis, reporting, and insight generation. Assist with customer journey mapping activities, including research, workshop preparation, and documentation. Help develop presentations, communications, and materials that support customer experience programs and culture initiatives. Analyze customer, operational, and survey data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement recommendations. Support the maintenance of CX resources, SharePoint sites, dashboards, and knowledge repositories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects that improve customer satisfaction and business performance

Minimum Qualifications

Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications, Psychology, Data Analytics or a related field. Additional Job Standar
