Labcorp is seeking a Process Excellence Associate Intern to join our Process Excellence team in Indianapolis, IN with the flexibility of working a hybrid schedule! Work Schedule: Monday - Friday/ 40 hours per week Job Responsibilities Support Process Excellence (PEX) initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, effectiveness, consistency, and customer experience. Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing process changes. Develop and maintain process documentation within PEX systems in accordance with established procedures. Support the coordination and execution of process optimization projects. Assist with the evaluation and implementation of process automation solutions based on business needs. Collect, analyze, and summarize data to support process improvement recommendations. Participate in team meetings, workshops, and discussions to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support Process Excellence objectives.
