Intern – RCM Accounts Receivable Support

Labcorp is seeking an RCM Accounts Receivable Intern to join our Finance Team located in Burlington, NC with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.

Work Schedule

Days/Hours: Monday–Friday / 9:00 AM–5:00 PM / 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

Support strategic initiatives focused on Accounts Receivable, billing processes, and revenue cycle improvement efforts. Analyze data and customer feedback to identify trends and process improvement opportunities. Support an RCM margin initiative focused on eClaims Assist and its use within physician office billing processes. Partner with Sales to gather customer feedback and evaluate interest in and potential use of eClaims Assist. Assist with Sales engagement and analysis to support project recommendations and next steps. Collaborate with AR Support leadership, Sales, and operational teams on project activities. Organize and analyze project data to support informed business decisions. Identify opportunities to improve revenue cycle processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
