To provide service and support to Customers and Commercial Division and be a link between Internal and external customers. To perform and support supply chain operations for fulfilment of customer requirements and cost optimization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Analytics & Reporting
Maintain and Support dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI and Excel. Support data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities. Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and performance reports.
- Data Management & Governance
Support data quality initiatives by identifying inconsistencies and recommending corrective actions. Participate in data validation, master data management, and data governance activities. Help maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and reporting standards.
- Business Insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements. Translate business requirements into analytical solutions. Generate actionable insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Automation & Digital Enablement
Assist in process automation projects using Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Fabric, or related analytics tools. Support development of self-service reporting capabilities. Explore opportunities to improve efficiency through data visualization and analytics.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing final year) in:
Data Science Statistics Computer Science Engineering Information Technology Mathematics Business Analytics Supply Chain Analytics
- Strong academic performance with demonstrated analytical capability.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience in customer service or sales support
Preferred Technical Skills
Microsoft Excel (Advanced) Power BI SQL (Basic to Intermediate) Power Query Python or R (Preferred) Data Visualization Techniques Statistics & Data Analysis Microsoft Office Suite
