From mid-January 2027 for a period of 6 months

Tasks

Contribute to the conceptual development and expansion of our global learning and qualification portfolio, including e-learning, classroom training, blended learning, and social learning Develop and design specific learning content and materials Actively contribute to ongoing projects, e.g. in the areas of digitalization and transformation Maintain and create editorial content for our MAHLE connect communities (Enterprise Social Network) Support international HR colleagues and various business functions on training and learning-related topics

Requirements

Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered Currently enrolled in a degree program in media education, psychology, educational sciences, or a related field Very good English language skills and proficiency in MS Office Knowledge of and strong interest in didactics, learning methodologies, and innovative learning formats Independent, goal-oriented, and reliable way of working
