We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Intern to join our dynamic team at our Mayfield Heights office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of finance and accounting, with a focus on our Emerging Markets (EM) and Project Management (PM) divisions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in cost accounting activities, including analyzing cost variances and preparing reports to support decision-making. Support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Participate in tax compliance and reporting processes, ensuring adherence to regulations and deadlines. Contribute to treasury functions, including cash management and liquidity analysis. Collaborate with the internal audit team to assess financial controls and compliance with company policies. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights into business performance. Engage in special projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS
