About the Opportunity

At MD&A, we believe the best improvements come from people who ask questions, challenge assumptions, and look for better ways to work. We are seeking a curious, creative, and customer-focused intern to help improve the tools, processes, and information that support our Outage Services Division.

This is not a traditional internship. You won't just complete assigned tasks. You'll work alongside operations, field personnel, and business leaders to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement improvements that have a real impact on the business.

What You'll Do

Improve and modernize training programs, procedures, and knowledge resources. Build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and other digital solutions that reduce manual work and improve efficiency. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop creative ways to communicate data and operational information to technicians, project managers, and leadership. Create user-friendly training materials and support the adoption of new technologies. Explore AI, automation, and emerging technologies to solve business challenges.
