About The Opportunity The Application & Design Integration Co-op will gain hands-on experience supporting technology, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with professionals across the organization. This role provides practical experience, professional development, and the opportunity to complete a meaningful project that delivers value to the business.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to

• Support departmental operations, projects, and business initiatives.
• Assist with technology support, troubleshooting, hardware/software setup, and system maintenance.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to support business decisions and process improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing initiatives.
• Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and recommend process enhancements.
• Complete and present a capstone project highlighting findings, recommendations, and results.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
