Summary

This internship will support strategic process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the organization. Working closely with the Global Continuous Improvement team, this role will contribute to projects focused on process optimization, data analysis, problem solving, and the application of digital and AI-enabled solutions to improve business performance.

The intern will gain exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and business analytics while supporting initiatives that drive measurable value for the organization. Success in this role will be demonstrated through the ability to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, contribute to project deliverables, and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Students pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, Systems Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or Applied Mathematics will be well-positioned to excel in this role.

Responsibilities Include

Support Continuous Improvement projects through data collection, analysis, action item tracking, and reporting. Apply Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, including process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement problem solving techniques. Assist with the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Power BI. Explore opportunities to leverage AI and Copilot technologies to automate routine tasks, improve workflows, and enhance productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation activities. Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and impr
