The Global Learning team designs and deploys programs that directly support the Group’s strategy by building critical capabilities across the organization.

These programs include

Functional academies (Marketing, Sales, Supply, Procurement…), structured learning journeys combining expert-led sessions, curated resources, and scalable digital formats. Transversal programs focused on key priorities such as AI, Data, Corporate Culture and Sustainability. Mandatory learning (ethics, compliance, safety). Leadership curricula. Our global learning ecosystem is powered by platforms such as Workday LMS, Degreed (Learning Hub), Coursera, and AI authoring tools Formats range from virtual classrooms and in-person sessions to e-learning modules and MOOCs. You will join a collaborative, international team interacting daily with learning partners, global functions, vendors, and stakeholders across all regions.

Both apprentices will work closely together and support Learning Managers on high-visibility initiatives. Coordinate global program rollouts (session creation, enrollments, tracking, logistics). Ensure data quality and maintain dashboards Contribute to learning catalog updates and content lifecycle management.
