About the role

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
- Support computer, network, and device setup
- Assist with equipment inventory & documentation
- Provide tech support by phone, email, and in-person
- Contribute to IT projects and improvements across the organization
Who We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking
- A team player who’s eager to learn and grow
