Within the Business Technology Advisory team, we help commercial industry clients evaluate, select, implement, and improve enterprise software and related business technology solutions. Our work connects business process improvement, technology strategy, and practical implementation support to help clients make confident, value-driven technology decisions. Your role. You will be an integral member of the Business Technology Advisory team, working alongside experienced advisors who help clients navigate enterprise software and business technology initiatives. You can look forward to a broad range of projects that deepen your understanding of business operations, technology-enabled process improvement, and client service across a variety of industries. Your experience may include, but will not be limited to: Performing business analysis activities, including supporting client interviews, documenting business processes, identifying technology needs, and helping translate business requirements into practical enterprise software recommendations. Supporting enterprise software assessment and roadmap projects by helping evaluate current-state applications, process gaps, improvement opportunities, and future-state technology options. Assisting with enterprise software selection efforts, including research on vendor solutions, request for proposal support, proposal analysis, vendor demonstration preparation, and client decision-making deliverables.
