JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES

POET Biofuels is a global leader in the energy and agricultural space. We started as a supplier of fuel-grade bioethanol and have grown into a multi-commodity marketing and transportation company providing solutions in fuels, grains, and carbon dioxide markets. As a Business Support Analyst Intern, you will work as a liaison between customers within the organization to create new processes, improve efficiencies, and research, plan, implement and evaluate solutions across all business units as we strive to overcome business challenges and exceed customer expectations. This is an on-site role located in Wichita, KS. Responsibilities include: Communicate with business leaders to identify and define commercial technology challenges. Organize and lead small groups to resolve current system or business challenges. Evaluate stakeholder business return on investment calculations against other potential project requests. Work with business customers to understand and document requirements and develop specifications for projects.
