PRADA Group HR Intern, London Head Office

JOB SUMMARY

The HR Intern is a key part of the Prada HR Team for North Europe, based at our Head Office in London. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR administrative support for the day-to-day operations of HR and will contribute proactively. This position is for a 6-12 month fixed-term contract.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the team with generalist HR administration at all stages of the employee experience, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, contract changes Managing the HR Information System and ensuring data entry and reporting are completed with accuracy and according to deadlines First point of contact to respond to HR queries Coordination of activities, processes and projects within the HR Team

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Degree or equivalent in Business Management, HR, Economics, Psychology or a comparable field Previous experience of working within an HR department, ideally for a Retail or Fashion Business Independent and structured way of working as well as strong communication skills and sense of responsibility Excellent written and spoken English language skills Proactive, curious, self-motivated with attention to detail and good time management Must have a good competency of MS Office; previous experience of HRIS system an advantage
