The Opportunity: MTax International Tax Assistance to Canadian and foreign companies with their cross-border investments, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, financing, structuring or restructuring of their operations. Various tax consultations in the context of cross-border transactions, including the application and management of global minimum tax rules and tax treaties between Canada and various countries.
