Qorvo’s Process Engineering Internships are offered in our Global Operations team. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Responsibilities may include

Complete two or three concurrent projects in the areas of back-end processing such as wafer bonding, thinning, dicing, and testing. Data collection via various metrology tools, such as ellipsometers, profilometers, and atomic force microscopes Data analysis using software such as Spotfire and Excel Process troubleshooting and recipe optimization Experimental design and execution of a fab engineering trial

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or related fields Minimum GPA of 3.0 Semiconducto
