Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Full-Stack AI Developer Location: Palo Alto (Hybrid) Expected start date: October 2026 Duration: 6 - 12 months Schedule: 20 - 40/HR per week

Assist in designing, developing, and implementing Generative AI applications within the SAP ecosystem, including front-end, back-end, AI model, and enterprise data integration Develop Generative AI use cases such as intelligent agents, enterprise search, summarization, content generation, and workflow automation Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions using embeddings, semantic search, and SAP HANA Cloud vector capabilities Use SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP AI Core, and the generative AI hub to integrate and manage foundation models Design and optimize prompts, structured outputs, and model orchestration workflows for enterprise business scenarios Implement back-end services using Python, Node.js, or Java and integrate large language models with SAP and third-party APIs Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces for AI-powered applications using SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, or modern front-end frameworks Evaluate Generative AI solutions for accuracy, relevance, reli
