What you´ll build We're looking for a proactive working student (f/m/d) to support our operations and drive continuous improvement. You'll blend automation, organizational support, and team productivity initiatives — gaining real-world experience in process optimization while helping the team focus on what matters most. What you will do:

Automate recurring tasks to turn manual, time-consuming work into reliable, repeatable workflows. Research and introduce team productivity measures and practices. Support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring consistent documentation and follow-through. Restructure Jira workflows, maintain project board hygiene, and create custom templates for recurring issue types. Support the preparation of presentations, workshop materials, and rollout documentation that are clear, visually polished, and ready to use.

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university of applied sciences in Business Informatics, Information Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field. Hands-on experience with Jira or a comparable project management tool, e.g., boards, dashboards Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook) and genuine interest in automation with Power Automate or similar platforms. Basic understanding of agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban) and comfort supporting team rituals. Proactive, structured, solution-oriented working style — you spot problems, sugges
