Join Shook Construction as a Construction Operations Co-Op! At Shook Construction, our Co-ops learn by doing. You’ll work on real construction projects, spend time in the field, and work alongside experienced construction professionals. You’ll also have an assigned mentor who will help you learn the business, answer your questions, and give you opportunities to contribute to the project team. We utilize co-ops in our preconstruction efforts as well as with construction engineering tasks on current educational, healthcare, industrial, and water resource projects.
