Position Overview

TechSmith’s Sales Intern program supports the Revenue Organization at TechSmith. Within the Revenue Organization are Sales, Marketing, Customer Care and Revenue Operations. TechSmith Corporation encourages interns to express their distinctive talents and discover their core competencies. Our interns will have a significant business impact while working across teams on a variety of projects. We are currently looking for interns for the Spring and Summer semesters, with the option to extend beyond for additional semesters.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the company’s priority customer missions and leading products Learn to use and understand the key concepts of the TechSmith software Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support the creation process of sales and marketing deliverables Interact with TechSmith customers and partners, all over the world, as part of Sales development, and partner support activities while providing high levels of customer service. Work with the Sales team in day-to-day operations, contributing as a consistently productive team member. Assist customers to ensure they have a positive purchasing experience Handle customer sales concerns, troubleshoot, and solve problems Work on special project
