About the Role and Program

The Production Intern will assist the Lucasfilm Games production team on all aspects of the licensed game production process. This person will handle administrative and logistical functions related to multiple products in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for partnering with a Producer to deliver innovative, high quality/brand-enhancing products.

What you will Do

Support the approval process of interactive projects in all stages of the product lifecycle, facilitating the timely delivery of feedback to meet production deadlines. Participate in weekly recurring functional meetings, taking and distributing meeting notes, tracking timely follow up on action items and facilitating the coordination and collaboration throughout the production process Support the management/upkeep/archiving of build submissions and documentation and provide builds to internal partners to support catalog distribution of titles. Maintain production team calendar including key milestone dates and build submissions, stakeholder meetings, and key public communications. May assist with other production department administrative tasks as requested during the internship. Assist with database integration, and report generation across multiple projects. Play game development builds to generate brand and qualitative feedback.
