JOB SUMMARY

The Membership Services Intern will assist the Membership Services Department with non-clinical administrative and customer service activities that support patient enrollment, community outreach, and member engagement efforts. Student interns will help welcome patients, organize enrollment materials, support outreach activities, assist with administrative projects, and observe healthcare access and enrollment processes. Membership Services Interns will gain exposure to healthcare administration, customer service, patient access services, community health outreach, and health insurance enrollment while exploring careers within the healthcare industry.
