CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES (CSST) INTERNSHIP

Our Summer internship program is a full-time, 12-week summer position from May through August 2027. As an intern, you’ll receive an exciting opportunity to acquire relevant work experience and work alongside our best and brightest. As the CSST Intern, you will gain practical experience across key business operations within a service-based contracting environment. You will contribute to daily functions of service coordination, operational analysis, invoice reconciliation, and data review. Working alongside experienced team members, you will learn how financial operations and administrative workflows interconnect to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Through guided projects that increase in scope and independence, you will develop foundational skills in business process analysis, documentation, operational problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Principal Duties and Accountabilities

Service Operations & Support

Learn and gain knowledge from the Service side of Mechanical, TAB, HVAC, Controls, and Plumbing Contracting. Collaborate with Field and the Central Support Services teams to ensure the timely scheduling and completion of service requests. Assist in maintaining accurate records of service activities and customer interactions. Learn to navigate and support the BuildOps platform and related workflows. Support service coordinators and field teams by responding to operational needs, coordinating customer information, and troubleshooting workflow issues.

Process Analysis & Documentation

Analyze operational workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Assist in creating and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through process documentation and organizing step-by-step instructions. Gather and synthes
