JOB SUMMARY

Interns will play a vital role in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through implementing new processes, revising existing programs, and fostering teamwork on collaborative projects. Their key responsibilities will include assisting the coordination of the aftermarket supply chain, providing exceptional customer support regarding warranty inquiries, and cultivating strong relationships with suppliers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the integration and implementation of new or revised programs, plans, strategies, or processes within the parts distribution network. Support internal and external customers providing timely resolutions. Coordinate regularly with the organization’s stakeholders, including but not limited to: Information Technology, Engineering, Corporate Global Logistics Team, Authorized Service Facilities, Regulatory Compliance Team Collect and analyze data to improve internal strategy for customer support. Customer Warranty Support: Provide prompt and satisfactory resolutions to maintain a positive customer experience. Collaborate with other functional areas to address product issues and prevent future warranty occurrences. Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may arise.
