About this opportunity

The Customer Support and Repair Engineering Intern will support Ericsson’s customer support and repair team in improving network support, repair processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience. The position provides an opportunity to apply telecommunications engineering knowledge in a real-world customer support engineering environment while developing practical skills in artificial intelligence, automation, data analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement. What you will do

Support the analysis and resolution of telecommunications equipment, network, and service-related issues. Assist with repair, incident, problem, and service-support processes. Analyze operational data to identify recurring issues, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Develop or enhance automation solutions for repetitive support and repair activities. Explore practical applications of AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation in customer support operations. Assist with testing, documenting, and deploying approved tools, scripts, workflows, and process improvements. Maintain accurate technical documentation, dashboards, work instructions, and process records. Support continuous-improvement initiatives within the Verizon customer support and repair organization. Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply, quality, and customer-facing teams. Prepare summaries, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders. Participate in team projects and other activities assigned by the manager or mentor.

You will bring

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Telecom
