What’s Application Development in our Technology Division? At a time when technology is creating new business models, disrupting industries and creating valuable experiences for consumers, our role as technology team members must elevate an organization through innovative transformation, modernized technology and delivery of new business strategies, including an aim to continuously evolve and enhance the customer experience. This position is responsible for supporting many of Wellmark's member, employer, and provider-facing digital applications. What projects might I support? Although subject to change, examples of projects you will be contributing to include: Collaborate with Technology and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve production support issues Active participation in team ceremonies for work breakdown, estimation, sequencing, and continuous improvement Full stack development opportunities for new features Contribute to creating inclusive, accessible, and user-friendly websites by applying WCAG best practices Develop business knowledge of the application necessary to effectively provide support maintenance Ready to bring your strengths to Wellmark?
