Wells Fargo is seeking a Intern Analyst

In this role, you will

Participate in formal internship program and workshops for low complexity initiatives within Internship Program Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverable Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications

6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

MBA, CA, CFA or Masters in Finance and/or Graduate degree (B.Com, BBA or equivalent) from a premier education institute 2027-2028 Passing out year. Strong inclination towards building a career in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Capital Markets Ability to leverage AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Agentspace) for routine tasks such as summarizing information, drafting content, and analyzing data, while maintaining human oversight

Ability to interpret AI outputs, validate insights, and make informed business decisions. Awareness of ethical considerations, data privacy, and compliance when using AI solutions Commitment to upskilling and staying current with emerging technologies Strong time management skills and attention to detail ensuring high quality of deliverables Strong logical, analytical skills and a systematic problem-solving approach Results driven, accountable and ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
