In this role, you will support initiatives that help improve experiences for members, representatives, and associates across WoodmenLife. This role provides hands-on exposure to customer insights, journey mapping, process improvement, project coordination, and business transformation efforts while partnering with teams across the organization to identify opportunities that enhance service, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.
