This Residential Energy Product Strategy Business Intern, located in Minnesota, will focus on supporting the strategy and experience behind Xcel Energy's residential energy programs and rebates. You'll work with a team of energy product strategy experts to support overall residential product work in addition to owning delivery and results for 1 to 3 key projects in your focus area. You also will have the opportunity to learn more about how Xcel Energy offers its residential customers products and services that help align customer's energy needs with environmental targets and other Company objectives. This internship commitment is on-site at least 3 days a week for the summer of 2027, with strong preference given to those who attend school locally and, if conditions allow, continue on a part-time basis through the following school year. Typical intern responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Facilitate journey mapping sessions to understand how customers engage with Xcel Energy products and services through digital and non-digital channels.
