About the Team The Manufacturing Engineering team is where a working design becomes a robot we can build over and over, reliably and at volume. We own the processes, fixtures, and assembly methods that turn parts into NEO, and we close the loop between the bench and the line so every revision is easier and faster to produce than the last. If we can’t make it repeatably, it doesn’t ship, which puts our work squarely on the critical path to putting safe, capable humanoids in people’s homes. Your Charter Help create an abundant supply of physical labor through safe, intelligent humanoids that work alongside people, by making them manufacturable. In this role you’ll develop and improve the processes that take parts from raw stock to assembled, tested hardware, build the fixtures and workflows that make production repeatable, and feed what you learn on the floor straight back into the next robot revision.
