About The Role

Hermeus is seeking talented students to join our Manufacture Engineering team in Los Angeles to support improvement initiatives to expand in-house manufacturing capabilities and contribute to the design, build, and testing of flight and critical ground support hardware. Responsibilities

Evaluate designs for manufacturability and testing, providing feedback to design team Design and implement tooling and test solutions where appropriate, to support component build and delivery Develop new processes and procedures to support flight hardware builds Manage projects and execute to tight timelines while effectively and proactively communicating with stakeholders Provide data-driven solutions to technical issues encountered during build Actively interface with technician and engineering teams to resolve product non-conformances and keep build on schedule Develop and refine floor layouts Support capacity modeling and time studies to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement Collaborate with other engineers, subject matter experts, and technicians to solve large-scale and widespread production challenges

Requirements
