As an IT Service Desk Student Placement, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of users, technologies, and business-critical systems. This is a unique opportunity to develop your technical and customer service skills while contributing to the success of a Formula One team. The Role During your placement, you will provide first-line IT support to users across the business, helping to resolve technical issues and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Working alongside experienced IT professionals, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of technologies, systems, and support processes while developing practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You'll support the day-to-day operation of the Service Desk, assisting with incident management, service requests, device deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and IT service-related incidents and requests Log, categorise, prioritise, and track support tickets through to resolution Troubleshoot issues relating to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications Escalate complex issues to specialist IT teams where required Assist with the setup, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices Support user account administration, including onboarding, offboard
