Belk Early Talent Program Requirements

Candidates interested in Belk's Early Talent Programs should meet the following general qualifications:

Education

Relevant major and academic foundation with the selected career track Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or higher Recently earned a bachelor’s degree or higher (May 2026 graduate) Academic Performance: Minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA Relevant Experience: Classroom, academic project, leadership, internship, or work experience that demonstrates skills relevant to the program or career track Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future Location: Willing and able to relocate to the Charlotte, NC area for the duration of the program term.

Specific skill-based needs, eligibility requirements, and qualifications may vary by program and career track.
