Graduate Intern – Talent Programs

We are seeking a graduate student intern to support our Talent, Engagement, and Inclusion team across three focus areas: talent attraction and candidate experience, employee engagement action planning, and leadership development program support. The intern will take on meaningful project work alongside experienced managers and cross-functional stakeholders, with opportunities to apply and develop skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, communications, recruiting enablement, and people analytics. Given the collaborative nature of the role, the intern will work across multiple managers and stakeholder groups and will be expected to manage their own time and priorities effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Attraction and Candidate Experience

• Collaborate with marketing, HR, talent acquisition, and other stakeholders to

update and improve the careers site

• Partner with associated teams to identify and implement improvements to the

company LinkedIn page to improve the candidate experience

• Help create structured interview guides by job family and level, creating

consistent, practical tools for hiring teams

• Gather stakeholder input, synthesize feedback, and maintain clear project

documentation, timelines, decision logs, and status updates Employee Engagement

• Support implementation of action plans developed following pulse survey

listening sessions

• Conduct periodic check-ins with stakeholders t
