PURPOSE

Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and project assignments while supporting business process improvement initiatives within Installed Services. Work is performed under direct supervision. This internship provides hands-on experience analyzing business operations, evaluating service and warranty processes, and supporting process standardization efforts across the organization. The intern will collaborate with field operations, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement and help develop scalable solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with various projects in support of the department. Gather, organize, and analyze data to support operational reviews, process improvement initiatives, and special projects. Conduct interviews and collaborate with field leaders, technicians, and business partners to understand current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Document and analyze current-state workflows, procedures, and system interactions. Assist with the development of process maps, workflow documentation, presentations, and project recommendations. Support data analysis and reporting activities using Excel, Power BI, and other business tools. Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
