The HR Operations Analyst I learns to empower leaders by delivering accurate HR data and basic reports within Workday. This role performs data entry, basic data validation, and assists in maintaining reporting catalogs. Duties and Responsibilities The statements below describe the essential duties of the person or persons assigned to this job. They are not intended as an exhaustive list of all job duties and responsibilities. Assist in data cleansing and HRIS system maintenance tasks. Assist with routine testing of HRIS system enhancements. Collaborate with HR team members to understand basic report requirements. Follow data privacy and governance policies in all activities. Maintain awareness of basic HR analytics trends. Participate in compliance reporting activities (e.g., EEOC, VETS). Support ad-hoc report requests with guidance. Support creation and documentation of Workday user manuals and training materials. Generate standard Workday HR reports following established templates and guidelines.
